After a quick Google search and some recommendations from friends we decided to call Trouth A/C to see if we could get someone to come out on Monday. Imagine our surprise when we received a text very quickly confirming a service visit for this same afternoon After about a 10 minute inspection of the situation, a course of action and solution was presented that would take no longer than an hour or two and would provide us with cold air once more. Grateful for the amazingly quick service and solution to our warm air issues, I would highly recommend Trouth A/C to anyone who needs competent, friendly, and prompt attention with their air conditioning!”

“Mike Buxton was so professional and courteous when he came by to give me an estimate for new AC install. I went through several contractors to get estimates but Trouth was the best. Mike even built a drip pan for the bottom of AC closet when the floor was a little rotten. That was so nice! The installers Scot, Loretta and Adam were so friendly and courteous. “We were experiencing issues with our outside condenser. Called and explained that to the service team. They scheduled us as quickly as possible. I got a call from service team saying that someone was scheduled and gave me a time frame for repairs. Shortly afterwards I got called by service technician advising me that they were on their way to my house. He showed up and quickly troubleshot the situation. Replaced the warranty part and tested the system and was able to fix the problem very quickly and promptly. Technician was friendly but professional with me. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining exactly what he did. I’m grateful for the help from Trouth and will continue to call on them for my HVAC needs”
